Amanda Chapman
Creative Arts & Communications Director
Amanda was born in Phoenix, AZ and lived there until she was six. She lived in Corpus Christi, TX for a year then spent five years in Lexington, KY. When she was 12, she moved to Englewood, FL and stayed there through middle and high school. After college, she moved to California but returned to Florida in 2023.
Amanda comes from a big family (fun fact: she’s adopted!) and hopes to have a family of her own some day soon. She currently lives with her sister, Alex, and her bestie, Alyssa. They have two dogs and two cats.
Amanda attended Florida Gulf Coast University and completed her AA degree in 2016. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of South Florida in 2018.
For eight years, Amanda pursued a career in the music industry. Shortly after surrendering her life to Christ, she felt a calling to step away from what she had built there. Her focus shifted entirely on the Lord and His plans for her life. God opened a door within her home church at The Bridge and she joined the staff in 2026. Looking back she can see how God has been preparing her for this opportunity and she is so grateful to be trusted and used by the Lord!

My favorite thing to do is collect obscure genres of worship music. RnB, Indie, Electronic - you name it there are God-centered songs in every genre which I think is so cool!
Currently on repeat: Greatly to be Praised, Inhabit, Search Me

Redeeming Love is my favorite movie, it’s a retelling of the book of Hosea set during the California Gold Rush. I cry EVERY TIME. I also just finished House of David which was so good!
